Billing and Insurance

Please note that Dr. Kahan is not a provider for any insurance company. Benefits, if any, would come from the "out of network" portion of your policy.  A coded receipt can be provided by request to allow you to attempt to file with your insurance company.  Payment in full is requested at the time of the visit.  Checks are preferred but cards can be accepted.

Appointment time is reserved; there will be a fee charged for any appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
